Timetable: Private Group Training (PGT) & PT

Classes are offered from Monday to Friday from 6am to 7pm, 50 minutes each.

Every 5 weeks you will get a new, challenging, and exciting class so your body is continuously building up strength & stamina, and your health growing stronger.

Private Group Training (PGT) Class

Primal Movement Training (PMT) Class

Technique & Training Workshop
(TTW) 

Duration: 50min

​

A single class containing the foundational fitness components: strength, cardio, core, speed/power and flexibility.

​

​

​

Each class consists of:

  • Warm Up

  • 10 stations with weights, high intensity   cardio and various exercises 

  • Specific CORE training 

  • Flexibility

​

A fun and high energetic group class updated every 5 weeks!

Duration: 45min

​

A unique class to improve body awareness, core strength, flexibility / mobility, as well as coordination and agility.​​

​​

​

Each class consists of:

  • Body Weight Strength

  • Balance, coordination, and body awareness exercises

  • Flexibility and mobility exercises (the majority of the class)

​

An intense class to specifically improve body awareness, flexibility & mobility.

Exercises updated every other month!

Duration: 50min

​

A presentation of fundamental exercise techniques, including push, pull, squat, & hip-hinge exercises. Running, jumping and other basic fundamental body movements will also be demonstrated.

Each workshop consists of:

  • Demonstration of the next PGT Class exercises

  • Personal correction of fundamental body lift techniques

  • Practical methods to improve technique

​

An enjoyable, hands-on learning Workshop open to questions & discussions.

HomeFit App (upcoming)

Duration: 20-30min sessions

 

An exercise App that automatically designs personalised exercise programs to be performed at home.

Each exercise sessions consists of:

The training sessions will include bodyweight exercises with no use of specialised equipment. The exercises will be based on your goals and fitness level, and displayed in a video format

Personal Training (PT)

A tailored personal training session.

Set goals to achieve what you want.

Each class consists of:

  • A personalized training session including weights, cardio, HIIT and functional exercises.

  • Specific CORE training 

  • Passive flexibility session
    (being stretched by the trainer)

A fun and highly technical PT session. Receive a training specifically tailored to meet your goals!

PGT: Private Group Training (50min. Class) - PGT is a weekly class that takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at a fixed time. Participants can join these sessions by paying a fee. Additionally, there are other available times where they can book the class for a flat fee, allowing them to decide who joins, with a maximum of 10 people.

​

PMT: Primal Movement Training (45min. Class) - PMT: Primal Movement Training is a 45-minute class focused on improving body awareness, core strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and agility. Each session includes body weight strength exercises, balance and coordination drills, and flexibility work, with the majority dedicated to mobility. The class is intense and features updated exercises every other month!

TTW: Technique & Training Workshop (50min. Fitness Workshop) - This 50-minute workshop presents fundamental exercise techniques, including push, pull, squat, and hip-hinge movements, along with running and jumping demonstrations. Participants will receive personal corrections on lifting techniques and practical methods for improvement. It's an enjoyable, hands-on Workshop that encourages questions, discussions and learning!

PT: Personal Training (45 min.) - This 45-minute personal training session is tailored to help you achieve your specific goals. Each session includes personalized training that combines strength training, cardio, HIIT, and functional exercises, along with focused core workouts. You'll also enjoy a passive flexibility session where the trainer stretches you. It's a fun and highly technical experience designed to meet your individual needs!
